1. Delivery policy for Online orders (web/app/chat/call)

In order to provide the most suitable choice for customers, Shinnara deploys 4 forms of Online delivery:

  • Express delivery : Receive goods in 30 minutes - 2 hours
  • Fast delivery : Receive goods in 4 - 6 hours
  • Standard delivery : Receive goods in 2-5 days
  • Select delivery time : Customer selects desired delivery time

Depending on the specific support policy at each time, the product and the customer's delivery location, the order will show different shipping methods and final fees. Order processing time will be calculated from receipt of your completed payment.

Customer orders will be delivered in a maximum of 2 times. In case the first delivery is not successful, a staff member will contact you to arrange a second delivery schedule with you. In case we still cannot contact you or do not receive any response from you. customer, the order will no longer be valid. Customers will have to pay the corresponding shipping amount to be able to continue receiving the goods in case the goods are returned to us in their original condition. In case the goods are damaged during transportation or lost, or must be destroyed, we are not responsible for refunding the customer according to the return policy Link

3. Delivery policy for international orders

We only allow certain countries outside of Vietnam and Korea to purchase according to our local shipping partner's shipping policy. Some countries where purchases can be made on our website include detailed information according to the table below: Region, Estimated Time, Cost.

4. Delivery process

When receiving goods, customers should note the following:

- Open the package and compare the goods with the invoice

- Check whether the actual product matches the product the Customer ordered.

- Check whether the packaging and product are damaged during transportation.

If you are not satisfied with one of the above 3 things, the Customer can ask the delivery staff to confirm and return the goods.

Shin will not be responsible for resolving complaints about missing goods or wrong delivery of the Customer after the Customer has signed for receipt and made payment.

Note: The order will automatically be canceled if the delivery staff cannot contact the Customer at the time of delivery (maximum 3 calls, 10 minutes apart).
