You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We have a 7-day returns policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to prove a receipt or proof of purchase from Shin such as [Invoice, message, document...].
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return tracking number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without going through the review process will not be accepted for a refund of any kind.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and fix it. And proceed with the return process by contacting the Consulting Hotline or Email.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food...), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and merchandise personal care (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refund
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
Note
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address specified by the consultant. Shin's warehouse address or headquarters address is considered valid. If more than 7 working days have passed since receiving the goods, Shin will not accept returns of any kind.
