1. Payment method: Cash

Direct payment

Customers are kindly requested to pay directly to the staff upon receiving the goods.

Payment upon delivery - COD payment

This is a delivery service where company employees deliver directly to customers (for short distances). After receiving the goods, customers will:

– Pay the delivery staff the full or remaining balance of the order value (if a deposit has been made).
– For customers ordering from distant locations, we will ship the goods through third-party carriers (Viettel Post, VNPost, etc.). After receiving and inspecting the goods, customers will pay the order value to the shipping company.

2. Payment by bank transfer

Step 1: After selecting the desired product, customers click on "add to cart" or "buy now".

Step 2: The interface will switch to the "shopping cart" page, where you can view the products and quantities you wish to purchase. If you want to remove products or increase/decrease the quantity, you can do so here. Then, proceed to the checkout page.

Step 3: Select the bank transfer payment method on the selection page. Please fill in your full name, phone number, address, and any notes. Then select "Continue/Pay Now" and follow the instructions.

3: Payment via Zalo Pay

Select Zalo Pay as your payment method on the selection page. Please fill in your full name, phone number, address, and any notes. Then select "Continue/Pay Now" and follow the instructions.

Step 4: After being redirected to the Zalo Pay payment page, customers should select the payment method "Pay via QR code/via app/or payment card" and then select "Complete order/Place order".

Step 4: After payment is complete, the customer will be redirected to the order completion page on the website.

Shinnara will promptly check and complete the order for the customer as soon as possible.
