Inspection policy

1. Definition

The inspection policy outlines the process for checking and comparing the products in the package delivered from Shinnara.vn with the contents of the order placed by the customer.

2. Time of inspection

● Customers are allowed to inspect the goods with the delivery staff at the time of receipt or within 30 minutes of receipt .

● In case of discovering any discrepancies after checking the goods, customers can contact the Shinnara Customer Support Center for guidance on how to handle the issue and exchange/return the item if eligible.

Note: We encourage you to record a video of the unboxing process as evidence in case of any complaints.

3. Scope of inspection

Customers can check the following:

The actual quantity of products matches the confirmed order.

Product information: product name, product code, color, size, quantity, and delivery information on the delivery slip.

Appearance and design: Compare the received product with the images and descriptions published on Shinnara.vn.

Note:

● Do not open the seal or warranty sticker until the inspection process is complete.

● Do not use the product, scratch off reward points, or activate gift codes while the product verification process is still incomplete.

● Do not open the package if there are signs of incorrect, missing, or defective goods.

4. Handling in case errors are detected

If, during the inspection process, you discover that the product does not match your order:

● Please contact our hotline immediately at 0939200993 or email: info@shinnara.vn so that our Customer Service department can assist you in checking and confirming your order.

● If Shinnara confirms that the wrong item was delivered, the customer can:

Refuse to accept the goods and do not pay if the payment method is cash on delivery.
– If payment was made online, Shinnara will assist in sending the correct product or process a refund according to the Return Policy.
