Dropship Policy

I: PRODUCT SELECTION

Dropship agents don't have to spend money buying the items they sell; they can use the ecosystem we provide to bring suitable products to potential customers and generate profit. We will handle the entire process, from order processing, shipping, packaging, and delivery directly to the customer.

Note: For wholesale dealers, the Distributor Policy will apply. Minimum order quantity: 10 products, maximum: Unlimited.

I. DROPSHIPPING SUPPORT CHANNELS

1. Lazada Channel. Shopee, sendo…

2. Social media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok…

3. Self-employed individuals: Websites, physical stores, etc.

When posting products for sale online, collaborators/distributors can use product information and images from the website shinnara.vn or the company's official Facebook page: Shinnara.

Note: For images and product information, distributors/collaborators must obtain them from official Shinnara sources or official Shinnara partners. We will not be responsible for inaccurate information from other sources.

III. REFERENCE PRICING POLICY:

Dropshipping price : Price for collaborators who do not purchase inventory.

Listed price : The company sets the maximum price range for its products.

Suggested retail price :  The company proposes a price for collaborators/dropshippers to run promotional programs offering discounts when selling directly to customers.

Floor price: The lowest price at which a collaborator is allowed to sell during a promotional campaign. Collaborators are not permitted to sell below this price. This is to maintain stable pricing and prevent price undercutting in the market.

Inventory:The company will continuously update the current inventory status and actual stock levels daily.

Note:

– The selling price of products to the market is determined by the collaborator/dropshipper/distributor based on their sales channel; agents can refer to the price ranges provided by the company. They are not allowed to sell at a price lower than the floor price.

– When a dropshipper places a dropship order, the company only collects the amount shown in the corresponding price column of the price list; the difference is the dropshipper's profit.

– The listed price will remain relatively stable; if there are any changes, the company will notify dropshippers/wholesalers in advance.

IV. DROPSHIP ORDER PROCESSING PROCEDURE

This applies to orders placed on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Sendo, and Tiki.

Step 1 : The dropshipping agent who generates the order will call the customer to confirm the order. Then, they will go to the seller channel and select to print the shipping label, saving it as a PDF file or image.

Step 2 : Send the shipping order along with the list of ordered products and quantities to the Zalo chat group between the collaborator and the operations team.

Step 3: Transfer the advance payment for the order to the company (the amount transferred is the total product value according to the "Dropship price") using the bank information below.

Step 4: The company receives the order, prints the receipt, and packs and ships the goods. After packing is complete, the company team will notify the dealer.

In the case of orders placed outside of Shopee, Lazada, Sendo, and Tiki platforms.

Case 1: The collaborator receives payment from the customer. The collaborator creates the order themselves and sends the shipping label to the company via the Zalo chat group, so that the shipper can pick up the goods from the company's warehouse and ship them out. Alternatively, the collaborator can send the order information to the company. The operations team will then create the order and ship it to the customer.

Note: After confirming inventory availability, collaborators must transfer payment to the company before proceeding with the shipping process.

Case 2: The company receives payment from the customer. The collaborator sends order information to the company. The operations team processes the order and ships it to the customer. The company receives the order payment from the customer and pays the collaborator a monthly profit margin of (order value - Dropship price).

Note: In cases where the Affiliate wishes to receive their order profit urgently, the company will assist in making the payment to the agent.

V. RETURN POLICY:

– For returned orders, the company will receive the products back at the warehouse and check their quality after they are returned.

– If the product is in its original condition: The product price will be transferred back to the dropshipper or added to the dropshipper's deposit account.

– If the product is no longer in its original condition, depending on the reason, the company and the dropshipping distributor will discuss a solution!

VIII. SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES

1. Pre-order period

This applies if the goods are out of stock at the time of ordering. The goods need to be shipped to Vietnam.

Order processing time:

Buyers must place orders before 4:00 PM (Vietnam time) for same-day processing.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be considered orders placed on the next business day.

Shipping time:

The shipping time for goods from South Korea to Vietnam is 04 (four) working days , excluding weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and public holidays in South Korea or Vietnam.

Please note the delivery schedule:

In cases where shipping time coincides with holidays, flight delays, or other force majeure events, the delivery time may be adjusted accordingly. Both parties will discuss and confirm the actual delivery schedule in each specific case.

Planned order quantity:

The Buyer is responsible for planning orders effectively to ensure sufficient supply for business operations, avoiding shortages that disrupt sales or overorders that lead to excessive inventory.

In the event that the order quantity is unreasonable and affects the Seller's production plan, inventory, or delivery schedule, both parties will discuss and adjust the order schedule for the next period to ensure the effectiveness of long-term cooperation.
