Regular commission policy 2026

1. KPI & Base Commission [monthly]
Monthly KPI: 150,000,000 VND/person/month
Basic commission eligibility requirements: Sales exceeding 150 million VND per month.

| Basic commission is approximately 1%, and a fixed salary is provided according to company regulations. | Base commission ~1% + Monthly KPI bonus of 0.5%, based on total revenue. | Base commission of 1-2% + Monthly KPI bonus of approximately 1%, based on total revenue. |
2. Quarterly KPI Bonus [on a quarterly basis]
Quarterly KPI: 450,000,000 VND/person/quarter
Sales exceeded 450 million VND per quarter.

3. Annual KPI Bonus [per year]
Annual KPI: 1,800,000,000 VND/person/year
Eligibility requirements: Total sales reaching VND 1.8 billion/year or more, entitled to 100% of the 13th-month salary.
Below 1.44 billion VND/year (i.e., < 80%) → No 13th-month bonus
From 1.44 to 1.62 billion (80 - 90%) → 50% bonus for the 13th month.
From 1.62 to 1.80 billion (90 - 100%) → 80% bonus for the 13th month.
From 1.8 billion to 2.0 billion (100 - 110%) → 100% bonus for the 13th month.
From 2.00 billion to 2.25 billion (110 - 120%) → 110% bonus for the 13th month.
From 2.25 billion, the bonus amount will be increased by the company based on business performance.
3. Principles of application
Sales are calculated based on actual revenue received.
This applies to all sales personnel.
Applicable period: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 .
The company has the right Adjust policies according to actual business conditions.
